Job Summary: Occupational nurse to provide occupational health services, first aid, management of medical examinations, and educational campaigns, particularly at construction sites. Management of occupational medical examinations and educational campaigns Description: * Completed Technical Nursing course; * Active registration with COREN (Regional Nursing Council); * Prior experience in occupational health, preferably in construction environments; * Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Competence in delivering first aid and emergency/urgent care; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Accompany field teams, promoting initiatives focused on professionals' health, safety, and well-being; * Provide first aid and urgent/emergency support as needed; * Monitor inventory and request materials related to the area; * Record and document all interventions, maintaining up-to-date medical records in accordance with occupational health regulations; * Support return-to-work and leave-of-absence processes, reviewing medical certificates and arranging referrals when necessary; * Develop and conduct DDQSMS sessions, role-specific training, and onboarding for new staff; * Support the team in designing and implementing health promotion and accident prevention educational campaigns and activities; * Manage and monitor occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, job-change, return-to-work, and termination), ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines; * Assist in managing occupational health indicators and completing technical documents and reports; * Conduct site visits to construction fronts to assess working conditions and support field personnel. 2510290202531836821
