





**Description** For the Maintenance Coordinator position, the role will focus on supporting operations, with emphasis on monitoring administrative and operational routines. **Responsibilities and duties** Plan, schedule, and control maintenance activities and major shutdowns according to the maintenance program and operational priorities; Coordinate and ensure human, material, parts, tools, and supplies resources necessary for performing maintenance tasks requiring shore-based support; Read and interpret drawings, sketches, tables, technical specifications, manuals, or instructions to validate adjustments, standards, tolerances, and all requirements necessary for job execution; Collect facts and data related to events for investigation (RCA); Review and approve services performed by suppliers; Provide crew support (on-site and remotely) to ensure maintenance aligns with the maintenance department's strategy and company procedures; Comply with on-call shifts as scheduled by the department. **Requirements and qualifications** **Bachelor's degree completed** in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Naval Engineering; Advanced English; Experience in team management; **Experience in the maritime or offshore sector.**
