Support enrollment, contract, and payment deadline management to improve financial organization and reduce non-payment rates. Collaborate on issuing invoices, managing payments, and organizing cash flow. Update administrative spreadsheets, including active student records, sold plans, and performance indicators. Assist in inventory management of products (supplements, t-shirts, accessories) and internal-use materials. Provide support in scheduling physical assessments and tracking professionals. Support promotional activities and customer engagement, including communication via WhatsApp and social media. Assist in opening and tracking equipment maintenance requests and organizing the physical space.
