




Job Summary: Providing technical support to end users for hardware and software, with a focus on maintenance, equipment assembly, and IT logistics support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for end users and IT infrastructure. 2. Maintenance and assembly of computer equipment. 3. Logistical support and backup routines. * Provide end-user support for hardware and software; * Conduct training sessions; * Identify issues and assist in resolving and maintaining software; * Assemble desktop computers; * Monitor backup procedures; * Perform basic printer maintenance, including printer assembly and requesting toner and cartridge refills and replacements; * Support logistics for microcomputer equipment and related components in general. * Provide maintenance support and assist the IT department; * Support SIL department activities as requested.
