Coordinate repairs to avoid disrupting hotel operations. **Description** FULL-TIME CLT OPPORTUNITY FOR A MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT AT A HOTEL IN ARACAJU **Responsibilities** Install, replace, and repair lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, outlets, motors, and fans; test equipment functionality. Fix leaks, unclog drains, replace faucets, traps, and valves. Adjust doors and windows, repair ceilings, regrout tiles, paint walls, and seal cracks. Maintain glass surfaces, facades, and technical areas; clean and treat swimming pools. Dilute and dose cleaning products according to instructions; manage inventory and request replenishment. Assemble scaffolds/suspended platforms, use PPE, isolate work areas, and comply with NR-10, NR-35, and NR-18 regulations. Respond to service orders from reception, housekeeping, and F&B departments, prioritizing occupied rooms to minimize guest inconvenience. Perform routine preventive maintenance and document actions. Coordinate repairs with housekeeping and event teams to avoid operational disruptions. Ensure comfort and safety: maintain emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, hydrants, and signage per regulatory standards. **Requirements** * High school diploma * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction * Practical experience in maintenance (residential, commercial, or hospitality) or relevant short courses is a plus. * Desired knowledge: NR-10 (electrical installations) **Benefits** Meal allowance provided by the company; Health insurance plan covered 50% by the company; Dental insurance plan covered 100% by the company; Transportation allowance.
