Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective building maintenance, various repairs, and guest support in a hotel environment, ensuring safety and comfort. Key Highlights: 1. Electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance and repairs in a hotel environment 2. Direct guest support and coordination with internal teams 3. Focus on safety, compliance with regulations, and preventive maintenance High school diploma required. Practical experience or short courses are considered an advantage. Knowledge of NR-10 (electrical installations) and NR-35 (work at heights), as well as basic knowledge of refrigeration and swimming pool chemical treatment, is considered an advantage. Ability to respond quickly to unexpected issues, strong communication skills (direct interaction with guests), teamwork, and discipline in using PPE. **Main Responsibilities:** * Install, replace, and repair lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, outlets, motors, and fans; test equipment functionality * Repair leaks, unclog drains, replace faucets, traps, and valves * Adjust doors and windows, repair ceilings, regrout tiles, paint walls, seal cracks * Maintain glass surfaces and façades, clean and treat swimming pools, oversee technical areas * Dilute and dose cleaning products, manage inventory, request replenishment * Assemble scaffolds/suspended platforms, use PPE, isolate work areas, comply with NR-10, NR-35, and NR-18 regulations * Provide support to guests and internal departments: handle service orders from reception, housekeeping, and F&B, prioritizing occupied rooms to avoid guest inconvenience * Perform routine preventive maintenance * Coordinate with other teams: schedule repairs with housekeeping (when rooms are vacant or being cleaned) and with event teams to avoid disruptions * Comfort and safety management: maintain emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, hydrants, and signage in proper working condition, ensuring compliance with typical hotel health and fire safety requirements ***Meal Allowance*** R$ 20.00 per workday ***Food Allowance*** R$ 200.00 per month ***100% Company-Paid Dental Plan*** ***50% Company-Paid Health Insurance Plan*** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Salary: R$1.680,00 – R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Minor electrical repairs (Preferred) * Minor hydraulic repairs (Preferred) * Wall painting (Preferred) * Maintenance (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
