Support in negotiations, productivity analysis, and team improvement You will work in the Commercial Department as a Sales Manager, responsible for daily personnel management—continuously recruiting, training, and developing the team—as well as administratively managing the sales point, maintaining infrastructure and controlling expenses. Key responsibilities include: Supporting periodic team meetings; Supporting media development; Supporting sales negotiations with clients; Participating in sales team productivity analysis; Participating in training programs to enhance the sales team; Organizing and promoting the sales team’s daily routine; Coordinating and monitoring contract workflows. Bachelor's degree required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Prior experience as a commercial leader; Strong interpersonal and team engagement skills; Market analysis capability; Influencing ability; Discipline; Organization.
