Basic sanitation in Brazil is currently undergoing transformation, marked by new expansion projects. Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Aracaju, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor revenue-related KPIs; * Analyze indicator deviations; * Address meter reading incidents and irregularities in water and sewage connections; * Monitor performance of billing groups; * Monitor consumption histograms; * Critically analyze forecasted vs. actual revenue; * Monitor service tariff tables; * Assess opportunities for revenue growth; * Validate registration data for new connections to be billed; * Analyze indicator deviations; * Receive field data and process it using Excel; * Create maps using QGIS; * Generate service orders via Sansys; * Support service scheduling; * Support field team productivity control; * Record monthly supplier measurements; * Monitor delivery receipts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * We seek an analytical individual focused on results; * Dynamic in pursuing revenue collection solutions and possessing strong interpersonal skills; * Leadership profile, with understanding of customer perception value for a service-providing company; * Experience in billing, revenue collection, and collections; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Strong numerical aptitude; * QGIS knowledge.
