Review and process medical invoices, ensuring accuracy of information and adherence to deadlines. Analyze and correctly assign procedure codes (TUSS) and ICD codes. Monitor and apply health insurance fee schedules (e.g., AMB, CBHPM) and contracts with health insurance providers. Issue fiscal invoices and payment slips for collections. Track document submission flow to health insurers and respective receipt of invoices. Resolve outstanding issues and discrepancies with health insurance providers. Monitor cash flow related to billing activities. Conduct pre-audits of hospital invoices to prevent denials and ensure accurate billing. Monitor the process of denial analysis and appeals with health insurance providers. Generate periodic reports on billing, non-payment, and recovered amounts. Collaborate with customer service, physicians, finance, and administrative teams to ensure proper account closure. Support the preparation of financial management reports. **Requirements:** Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Prior experience in hospital or clinic billing. Knowledge of medical health insurance fee schedules, TISS/TUSS, ICD, and healthcare regulatory standards. Proficiency in hospital management systems (ERP). Ability to manage deadlines and resolve conflicts with health insurance providers.
