Ensure high reliability standards for the fleet **We are seeking a Docking Planning Technician to work at Estaleiro São Miguel, whose mission will be to actively work in the company's Maintenance department.** **Responsibilities and Duties*** Plan, control, and execute system (software) integration, holistic asset reliability techniques, and departmental KPIs to ensure the highest standards of fleet reliability and availability. * Execute technical and economic methodologies to ensure corporate maintenance evolution from planning through asset management; * Produce departmental KPI reports to generate reliable information sources enabling structural and innovative solutions for continuous improvement; * Execute system (software) integration, holistic asset reliability techniques, departmental KPIs, and QSMS policies to achieve targets set forth in the strategic maintenance plan and ensure full operational safety; * Plan maintenance strategies for Holding’s equipment to ensure compliance with and execution of proposed objectives; * Control and plan monthly maintenance scheduling to ensure compliance with and execution of proposed objectives; * Prepare maintenance activity reports ensuring achievement of reliability and availability KPIs; * Conduct periodic onboard visits to perform inspections, surveys, and collection of technical data; * Evaluate mechanical systems and onboard equipment conditions; * Assist in maintenance and repair planning; * Monitor new construction, naval repair, and maintenance (dry-docking) processes; * Ensure QSMS processes are integrated into all defined maintenance strategies to guarantee compliance with legislation, company policies, and customer requirements; * Be responsible for workplace sustainability in accordance with available control tools; * Familiarize\-self with Baru Offshore’s Safety Culture tools; * Follow QSMS policy and its guidelines, standards, and complementary procedures; * Immediately report to superiors any signs of accidents, incidents, or hazardous occurrences present in the workplace, cooperating fully in all investigations conducted; * Cooperate with company leadership and process managers to achieve Baru Offshore’s Safety Culture goals and objectives; * Ensure all PPE and pollution prevention and firefighting equipment under direct supervision is used correctly and properly maintained; * Be responsible for maintaining good conditions in work areas; * Avoid reporting to work under conditions that may compromise safety during assigned activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: Technical High School Diploma (Electrician, Electrotechnology, Automation, Industrial Electronics, or related fields) Desirable experience in: * Project planning and execution, preparation and control of assessments; * Mechanics, Hydraulics, and Electrical systems.
