**Job Description – Quality Controller**
We are a Pará-based company with a leadership mindset and strong presence in Brazil's North, Northeast, and Central-West regions. We operate in the states of Pará, Tocantins, Rio Grande do Norte, Maranhão, Amazonas, Acre, Roraima, Rondônia, Mato Grosso, Alagoas, Piauí, Bahia, and Sergipe. We stand out for our diversified operations across automobile, truck, motorcycle, agricultural machinery and implements distribution; cement manufacturing; and agribusiness.
We have an opening for a **Quality Controller**. We seek a committed, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional with experience in process control and monitoring of quality indicators. Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and a customer-focused approach are essential to ensure continuous service improvement and compliance with the automaker's requirements.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Analyze process control reports and propose improvements;
* Monitor adherence to internal standards and procedures;
* Track the automaker's quality indicators (VOC);
* Approve products and services according to quality standards;
* Implement corrective actions for market complaints;
* Attend to customers at the technical reception and assess satisfaction levels;
* Resolve cases of dissatisfaction with the automaker;
* Monitor and manage employee training schedules;
* Perform other duties related to the position as directed by leadership.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience in administrative routines or quality audits is desirable;
* Willingness to travel for work.
