Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and a customer-focused approach are essential to ensure continuous service improvement and compliance with the automaker's requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze process control reports and propose improvements; * Monitor adherence to internal standards and procedures; * Track the automaker's quality indicators (VOC); * Approve products and services according to quality standards; * Implement corrective actions for market complaints; * Attend to customers at the technical reception and assess satisfaction levels; * Resolve cases of dissatisfaction with the automaker; * Monitor and manage employee training schedules; * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by leadership. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in administrative routines or quality audits is desirable; * Willingness to travel for work.
