Job Summary: Professional responsible for evaluating, preparing, and applying industrial paint onto metallic surfaces, ensuring finish quality and compliance with technical standards. Opportunity to work with technical procedures and safety. ### **Responsibilities** Evaluate and prepare metallic surfaces according to industrial painting technical standards and procedures. Perform manual and mechanical surface cleaning to ensure proper adhesion of the painting system. Identify and correct finish imperfections, ensuring final coating quality. Mix paint components correctly according to technical data sheets, respecting induction times and *pot life* of bi- or multi-component products. Apply paint using manual methods such as brushes and rollers, per technical specifications. Monitor and control environmental conditions before and during application, including ambient temperature, relative humidity, dew point, and surface temperature. Maintain rollers, brushes, and other tools in good working condition, performing appropriate cleaning after each application. Operate overhead cranes and rotary machines when required to carry out tasks. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, complying with quality, environmental, health, and occupational safety procedures. ### **Requirements** Completed elementary or high school education. Proven experience in manual industrial painting. Knowledge of surface preparation and painting systems. Basic understanding of environmental condition control for industrial painting. Availability to work according to operational demand. ### **Skills** Attention to detail and focus on finish quality. Workplace organization and discipline.
