Work Location: Itabaiana/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct meetings with designers to define guidelines and concepts for studies and projects, complying with applicable legislation, sound engineering practices, and the company’s strategic directives; * Maintain favorable working conditions through dialogue and assessment of needs to ensure safe, productive work aligned with Iguá’s compliance policies; * Develop basic, executive, and detailed engineering designs; * Prepare detailed terms of reference and descriptive memoranda for contracting services and studies; * Prepare technical documentation required for environmental license issuance; * Monitor the processing of licenses and authorizations from environmental, public, and other regulatory agencies; * Specify hydraulic, mechanical, civil, and other materials; * Attend supplier meetings to provide technical support for decision-making regarding project-related questions and material specifications; * Monitor sanitation construction projects; * Comply with internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with active CREA registration; * Experience in executing urban infrastructure construction projects; * Full availability for travel; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project; * Environmental awareness / ISO 14000 knowledge; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Driver’s License Category B At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture at all times.
