This Recruitment and Selection Analyst opportunity aims to manage the recruitment and selection process across all areas that comprise R&S activities. **Business partners** (agencies and service providers); **Internal operations** (digital platform with job opportunities portal, internal recruitment, and talent database); **Social media** (LinkedIn); **Community interaction** (physical CV reception and interactions with internal and external audiences). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct all stages of the professional recruitment and selection process (job posting, candidate outreach, platform registration, manager follow-up, offer letter issuance, and vacancy closure); * Manage employee onboarding and integration; * Support processes related to career paths and compensation; * Align candidate profiles with managers and understand departmental needs; * Facilitate organizational climate research and related initiatives; * Conduct in-person and online interviews, as needed; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields * Driver’s license category A or B (or both) * Experience in Recruitment & Selection * Proficiency in the Metadados system * Experience with digital Recruitment & Selection tools * Strong oral and written communication skills * Resilience * Proactivity **Additional Information** * 50% health insurance coverage for the employee; * On-site cafeteria, with 80% subsidy for daily lunch and 100% subsidy for morning snacks; * Multi-benefit card with value commensurate to the position; * Public transportation allowance – 6% monthly payroll deduction; * Annual PPR (Profit-Sharing Plan) based on salary multiples according to goals achieved; ### **About Cinex:** Specialist in combining refined design with premium customer service.
