Come be part of this transformation with us! **Work Location:** Aracaju\- SE (**Sergipe**) **Responsibilities and duties** * Identify value creation opportunities through financial and operational analyses, focusing on EBITDA optimization, CAPEX rationalization, and improvement of operational cash flow, ensuring sustainable gains for the business; * Conduct granular diagnostic analyses and assessments of operational performance, proposing and prioritizing strategic initiatives, structuring action plans, and monitoring their execution together with responsible departments; * Coordinate with the corporate PMO, supporting governance, integration, and rollout of business transformation programs, ensuring adherence to best portfolio management practices and agile frameworks; * Structure and lead program rollout activities, from ideation and initiative design to project implementation and sustainability, ensuring strategic alignment and integration across teams; * Develop and maintain project control models, milestones, and management reports, ensuring consistency of deliverables and traceability of results based on recognized methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Lean, Stage\-Gate); * Consolidate and manage Power BI dashboards for portfolio performance and indicators, ensuring integrity, updating, and reliability of information used in executive reporting and decision-making; * Perform critical performance analyses and deviation assessments, developing mitigation plans and continuous improvement strategies based on efficiency, effectiveness, and added-value metrics; * Prospect and implement automated, data-driven solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency, data accuracy, and integration of information sources; * Interface with internal and external stakeholders from the Transformation Directorate, participating in defining scopes, performance indicators, and result measurement methodologies; * Support preparation of presentations and executive reports for corporate governance forums (Executive Board, Board of Directors), consolidating strategic analyses and decision recommendations. **Requirements and qualifications****Mandatory:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in SQL, Advanced PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and Power BI; * Basic English (intermediate desirable); * Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and data analysis. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Python, R, and QGIS; * CAPM or PMP certification; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP); * Previous experience in the utilities sector (sanitation, energy, gas, transportation) or consulting firms focused on this sector; * Experience in corporate presentations; * Experience in process improvement and restructuring (BPMN).
