Join us in this transformation! **Work Location:** Aracaju, Sergipe \- **Iguá Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in planning and executing projects, assisting in developing new technologies, maintaining processes, contributing to editing and developing drawing programs and company needs, supporting technical and economic feasibility analysis of projects; * Collaborate in editing and developing programs related to drawings and company requirements, assisting in technical and economic feasibility analysis of new projects; * Support the development of project improvements by proposing technical solutions and promoting process enhancements; * Update procedures related to area processes and projects, including workflows and business structures, as well as perform time study analyses (chronological analysis); * Maintain updated budget control with area expenses; * Collaborate in planning, developing, and projecting technical work methods and processes according to needs; * Develop standards, work plans, and operation processing related to all necessary processes for fulfilling company activities; * Conduct studies and research aimed at the proper use of labor and other resources in the operational area; * Follow internal guidelines related to quality, environment, compliance, health, and occupational safety, among others, in pursuit of continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we're looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil or Sanitary Engineering; * Knowledge in public sanitation system projects; * Active and permanent Class B driver's license (CNH B); * Availability for travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of AutoCAD, WaterCad (or similar), and ArcGIS; * Technical ability to create and format presentation materials, ensuring clarity, coherence, and quality of information. In exceptional cases, may participate in presenting these materials. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of BI and Hydraulic Modeling tools; * Experience in large-scale sanitation companies.
