Job Requirements **Academic Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * **Preferred:** Currently pursuing Technical or Undergraduate studies in: Human Resources; Business Administration; People Management; Or related fields. **Professional Experience** * Preferred prior experience in: Administrative routines; or Support in Human Resources or Personnel Department; or Internship in HR/HRD area. **Desirable Knowledge (Advantages)** * Experience with any **payroll / HR management system**. * Basic understanding of **Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT)** and fundamental labor routines. * Experience in **employee service** or people-related areas.
