What You’ll Do in Practice * Entering and updating accounts payable entries in the system: Recording and tracking the company’s financial commitments, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. * Processing payments via banking platforms: Executing transfers, scheduling payments, and authorizing payments through banking systems. * Verifying invoices: Checking fiscal and accounting data on received invoices. * Credit card reconciliation: Analyzing and verifying credit card statements and entering them into the system. * Payroll processing: Supporting payroll execution and disbursing salaries to employees. * Assisting with accounting and management closing: Providing the team with financial information and reports for monthly closing and managerial analysis. * Organizing and sending fiscal and accounting documents to the accounting department.
