Coordinate the work of employees related to the Dispatch area. Coordinate department activities according to customer needs. Consolidate all CTEs for delivery scheduling x routes. (weight, volume, delivery priority x destination) Develop delivery routes (within and outside the metropolitan region). Monitor and follow up on all non-conformance occurrences. Plan proper vehicle allocation. Release CTEs for issuance of picking or load separation manifests and loading. Issue picking or load manifests when applicable. Instruct company, contracted, and occasional drivers regarding punctuality and delivery scheduling. Schedule amounts for driver trip provisions (expenses with unloading and incidental costs). Issue CTEs, Cargo Manifests, Collection Orders, Driver Contracts, etc. Check issued CTEs before releasing the vehicle for trip/delivery. Record CTEs in the system. Release manifests in the system. Provide warehouse copies of Invoices and Labels for vehicle unloading. Prepare CTEs for loading (detach invoice stubs and staple according to recipient CNPJ grouping). Schedule and release vehicles for collections and reverse logistics (customer product returns). Daily monitoring of vehicle location and progress of operations (collection/delivery), for planning dispatch department actions. Keep all department documentation properly organized, identified in individual folders by subject, with control in alphabetical or chronological order when applicable. Comply with specific work procedures and instructions for the COMPANY's PGR. Maintain loading records compliant with proper completion and orderly filing for future internal, customer, or certification body audits of the COMPANY's SGI. Report to management any discrepancies detected in Freight Tables or Quotes at the time of CTE issuance or stated in the Collection Order. Ensure organization, cleanliness, proper order, and preservation of files and work areas. Perform other activities relevant to the department's daily operations.
