Support to the team in daily departmental tasks We are looking for an Administrative Intern to work in the hotel's Governance Department, assisting with administrative routines and operational control of the department, contributing to the organization and efficiency of internal processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in counting and controlling linens (bedding, bath towels, etc.); * Update and organize control spreadsheets; * Arrange linen deliveries to the laundry and track returns; * Support inventory and stock control and departmental audits; * Assist with administrative routines in housekeeping governance; * Support the team with daily departmental tasks. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an Administration program (or related fields); * Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Interest in the hospitality industry; * Basic knowledge of administrative routines.
