The Cook will be responsible for preparing and finishing à la carte and buffet dishes served at the hotel, ensuring adherence to recipes and established quality standards as specified in technical sheets. The role requires compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations, contributing to guest satisfaction through delivery of tasty and well-presented meals. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare dishes according to the menu, technical sheets, and hotel standards. * Assist in planning and organizing daily kitchen activities. * Portion food items. * Perform meat cutting tasks. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace and kitchen utensils. * Ensure proper storage and preservation of food and ingredients. * Monitor and organize inventory of supplies, reporting replenishment needs to the responsible supervisor. * Strictly follow food hygiene and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment. * Collaborate with the team to ensure timely order fulfillment and compliance with specifications. * Contribute to the development of new dishes and menu updates, as requested. * Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
