Responsibilities and Duties - Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation through final delivery; - Plan, coordinate, execute, monitor, and evaluate project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards; - Lead cross-functional teams, delegating responsibilities and tracking outcomes; - Lead myLIMS implementation projects and related functionalities, ensuring alignment with the defined scope and company portfolio; - Identify and mitigate risks, proposing effective solutions to maintain project integrity; - Negotiate with clients regarding scope changes, timelines, training, and documentation; - Serve as the central communication point among clients, technical teams, and the development center; - Produce and present executive status reports, schedules, risk maps, and financial controls; - Ensure client approval of critical project milestones; - Organize progress review and training meetings, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment. Requirements and Qualifications * Advanced/Fluent Spanish; * Completed undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields; * Experience in laboratory routines; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Data analysis and reporting skills; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Effective teaching skills for user training; * Proactivity and organizational skills; * Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025; 2512200202551758255
