It provides Human Resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Work broadly across Human and Organizational Development routines, supporting talent attraction, management, and development processes. Conduct high-volume Recruitment and Selection processes, including job profile alignment with managers, resume screening, interviews, preparation of assessment reports, and position closure. Perform technical and behavioral profile analysis, evaluating fit for the role and organizational culture. Support compensation-related processes, controls, and monitoring of departmental information. Manage and monitor Young Apprentice and internship programs, as well as compliance with legal quotas (PCD). Execute and monitor onboarding, integration (onboarding), and offboarding processes. Control and monitor third-party service providers, ensuring organization, adherence to deadlines, and contractual compliance. Support Training and Development initiatives, internal communication, endomarketing, and employee engagement activities. Use HR systems to control, monitor, and update departmental routines. Position based in Curitiba / PR.
