If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and coordinate finishing works, ensuring correct sequence following concrete pouring; * Ensure final work quality, complying with project specifications, descriptive memoranda, and standards; * Meet deadlines and targets, aligning work fronts with the construction schedule; * Manage finishing teams (masons, tile setters, plasterers, painters, etc.); * Ensure safety and organization at work fronts, in accordance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as a **Finishing Supervisor**, foreman, or team leader; * Practical knowledge of **tile installation, painting, plasterboard/drywall, and screed**; * Basic knowledge of **interfaces with electrical, plumbing, and window/door systems**. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * TotalPass; * Day Off; * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * PLR \- Profit Sharing.
