Opportunity to apply natural fermentation and modern pastry techniques **Description** CLT POSITION AVAILABLE FOR BAKER IN HOSPITALITY IN ARACAJU **Responsibilities** Produce artisanal breads, cakes, pies, desserts, and pastry items for breakfast, restaurant service, and events. Ensure quality, flavor, and standardization of preparations. Assemble and finish desserts for buffets and coffee breaks. Manage ingredient inventory, portion control, and follow technical sheets. Comply with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good handling practices. Support the kitchen team with special requests and events. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a baker and/or pastry chef (preferably in hospitality or high-volume kitchens) * Knowledge of baking, pastry-making, and various desserts * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications: * Production of healthy breads and desserts * Experience with natural fermentation and modern pastry techniques. **Benefits** Salary: BRL 1,560.00 + variable bonus ranging from BRL 350.00 to BRL 450.00.
