**JOB OPENING: ASSEMBLY ASSISTANT / INDUSTRIAL ASSISTANT** **Job Description** We are seeking **Assembly Assistants** to support industrial assembly activities and general field services, with an operational, hands-on, practical profile. This role is intended for professionals with experience in civil construction and basic mechanical tasks, willing to learn industrial assembly processes. **Responsibilities** * Assist assemblers and technicians in industrial assembly activities; * Support painting, cutting, drilling, and fastening of metal structures; * Perform civil construction support tasks, such as preparing foundations, digging trenches, concrete pouring, and minor repairs; * Assist in metalworking activities; * Organize materials, tools, and equipment; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Strictly comply with the company’s safety and quality standards. **Working Hours** * **Weekdays:** from **08:00 to 18:00** * **Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays:** as required and **only when necessary** **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as an assistant, especially in civil construction, basic mechanics, or similar activities; * Availability for fieldwork and physically demanding tasks; * **Full availability for travel**, with potential stays away from home of up to **3 weeks**. **Desired Profile** * Practical professional with operational experience; * Willingness to learn and work across different job fronts; * Technical training or specific academic qualifications are not required; * At this time, we are not seeking professionals with advanced technical qualifications. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as an assembly, mechanical, or civil construction assistant.
