Support for system integration and process automation A climate control and solar energy company is seeking an IT Analyst in Aracaju (Ponto Novo). Futura Climatização specializes in climate control and refrigeration solutions. We offer installation, maintenance, and repair services for air conditioning systems. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for ensuring the operation, security, and evolution of Futura Climatizações' information technology resources. Provide user support, implement improvements, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructure, hardware, systems, and digital platforms—promoting efficiency, connectivity, and data protection amid business expansion and diversification (climate control, solar energy, and public tenders). Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees, resolving issues related to computers, networks, operating systems, software, and internal system access. Administer the IT infrastructure: installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, printers, computers, and other equipment. Support implementation, configuration, and monitoring of management systems (ERP, CRM, marketing tools, tender platforms), ensuring stable and secure operation. Manage IT assets: equipment inventory, license tracking, and maintenance contracts. Ensure backup routines, protection against cyberattacks, password and access management, and information security policies. Support integration among systems used by technical, commercial, administrative, and project departments, assisting in process automation and improvement of user experience. Develop and update user manuals, procedures, and basic training materials on systems and IT best practices. Support configuration and maintenance of cloud solutions, corporate email, videoconferencing platforms, and collaborative tools. Recommend new technologies, systems, and solutions to enhance company productivity, automation, and communication. Respond to emergency requests, meet internal SLAs, and maintain cordial relationships with departments. Previous experience as an Information Technology Specialist, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, or Technical Support Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
