Perform onboarding and offboarding processes, handle documentation and support new employees during the adaptation period. Organize documents, manage work schedules and absences, and ensure legal compliance of HR activities. Monitor payroll, manage benefits and analyze compensation policies. Provide support and guidance to employees and managers, mediate conflicts and ensure compliance with internal rules and labor laws. Identify training needs, organize programs and monitor employee career development. Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, productivity and workplace climate, guiding actions based on objective results. Tasks related to Human Resources Analyst routines.
