The Communication Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, execution, and optimization of communication and service marketing strategies—ensuring clear brand positioning, reputation strengthening, and direct support to business goals. This role operates broadly but with strong emphasis on amplifying communication impact, enhancing patient experience, and delivering measurable business outcomes. It serves as a central connector across internal departments, operations, sales teams, and external stakeholders—translating business needs into comprehensive, effective, and data-driven communication solutions. Key Responsibilities Service Marketing & Positioning * Support the development and implementation of service marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives and brand guidelines. * Identify opportunities for differentiation, value communication, and enhancement of perceived quality and experience. * Develop campaigns and materials that translate complex solutions into simple, compelling, and customer-centric messages. Institutional Communication & Content Management * Produce multi-format content (text, campaigns, executive presentations, commercial materials, videos, newsletters). * Ensure consistency of institutional narrative and standardization of communication across all touchpoints. * Manage internal and external communication channels, monitor metrics, and propose continuous improvements. Project Management & Strategic Execution * Lead end-to-end communication and marketing projects: briefing, planning, scheduling, execution, and results delivery. * Coordinate vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. * Conduct regular alignment and review meetings with stakeholders, maintaining governance and transparency. Commercial Enablement & Sales Support * Create and optimize commercial support materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, service books). * Identify communication opportunities that drive conversion, retention, and customer expansion. * Support sales teams in crafting value narratives and preparing for strategic meetings.
