Ensure compliance with internal regulations We are seeking a professional to join our team as a **Janitor**! Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections in corridors, courtyards, and building facilities to assess cleaning needs, repair requirements, and operational conditions of elevators, electrical systems, plumbing, and other equipment; * Supervise and ensure hygiene of premises and facilities, guaranteeing the building remains consistently clean and organized; * Carry out general maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, performing minor repairs, or requesting qualified technicians for major repairs; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, maintaining quiet during appropriate hours and preventing improper use of facilities; * Receive, verify, and distribute consumables and cleaning supplies, ensuring proper storage of items; * Monitor loading and unloading of goods to prevent theft and irregularities; * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by supervisors.
