Opportunity to deliver technical training Responsible for delivering brand-specific technical training, providing specialized support to customers and commercial partners, monitoring training-related KPIs and distributor sellout performance, and participating in Frahm's strategic programs and projects. This role demands strong market interaction and full availability for frequent travel. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver in-person and online technical training sessions for installers, distributors, and internal teams. * Travel to conduct training, on-site support, and activities with customers and partners. * Provide specialized technical support, clarifying questions regarding products, applications, and installations. * Monitor and report training-related KPIs and distributor sellout metrics. * Actively participate in Frahm's programs. * Attend corporate events, product demonstrations, and strategic projects. * Contribute to improvements in training materials, processes, and methodologies. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Engineering, or related fields. * Brazilian driver's license (Category B). * Full availability for travel. * Experience in technical support, installations, or electronic products (preferred). * Strong communication and teaching skills for effective training delivery. **Desired Profile:** * Clear communication and comfort speaking in public. * Organized and responsible in managing schedules and travel arrangements. * Proactive and consultative mindset. * Affinity with technology and commitment to continuous learning. * Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.
