




Job Summary: The professional will drive the transformation of the customer experience by configuring environments, providing technical support, and launching projects—with a focus on building trust and lasting relationships. This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD). **Day-to-day responsibilities include transforming the customer experience through:** **Phase 1 — Environment Configuration and Onboarding** * First contact with the customer within 7 business days and scheduling of meetings. * Definition of deadlines and responsibilities via Monday. * Initial environment creation and configuration (brand identity, CSS, colors, plugins). * Collection of essential data: CNPJ, domain, professional e-mails, and information regarding ERP migration/integration. **Phase 2 — Technical Support and Launch** * Serving as the project’s single point of contact, centralizing requests across departments. * Technical validation of products (SKU, NCM, images, SEO) and visual elements of the store. * Execution of pre-launch and launch activities (database cleanup, SES, 2FA, website activation). * Full documentation update in Magatec and assurance of LGPD compliance. **What you already bring (and what makes all the difference):** * Residency in Rio do Sul–SC or nearby areas; * Availability for travel; * Technical: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor visual adjustments and familiarity with browser inspection tools. * Tools: Experience with task management (preferably Monday) and conducting meetings via Google Meet. * Profile: Ability to educate customers (e.g., guiding them to training on AVA) and an analytical mindset for data validation.
