




About Us GTOP is comprised of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, adhering to production schedules and protocols; as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with company rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver items to customers; Contribute to the production of various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and ensuring correct pricing according to predefined rules and standards; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer relationship management; Help reduce losses by organizing displays correctly according to FIFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks, and removing items with damaged packaging, expired items, or lacking identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counting for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily hygiene procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; REQUIREMENTS **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** **Work location:** R.
