We offer an in-person training period of 3 to 6 months, during which you will become familiarized with our technologies and methodologies, and within one year, you may qualify to work remotely from home. * **However, experience with ERP, TMS, or WMS concepts, or prior development using Delphi, could be an advantage.** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Reside in Rio do Sul or surrounding region * Knowledge of basic programming concepts and fundamentals * Strong programming logic and understanding of algorithms * Ability to write clean code (clean code) * Ability to understand different types of programming languages * Familiarity with version control * **Proven experience of at least 1 year working as a programmer** * Good communication skills * Commitment to staying updated with market technologies * Ability to execute tests and analyze results * Ability to compare requests, analysis, and implemented code * Technical knowledge in databases * Knowledge of data modeling tools * Teamwork skills * Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields * Reside in Rio do Sul or surrounding region. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** **At Escalasoft**, you will begin your journey in the development team—an strategic entry point allowing you to deeply engage with our system’s operations and develop essential programming career skills.
