Job Summary: A professional responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data, creating and refining segmentation criteria to generate qualified lead lists and optimize prospecting. Continuous optimization of data processing and segmentation. * Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data from internal and external sources (e.g., CRM, public databases, market tools) to identify potential companies. * Create and refine segmentation criteria and filters (e.g., company size, industry, location, technologies used) to generate highly qualified lead lists aligned with each operational project’s requirements. * Utilize data mining tools and statistical techniques to improve list accuracy and conversion potential. * Cross-reference information to enrich contact data (data enrichment), ensuring that lists provided to operations contain relevant and up-to-date information. * Collaborate closely with Operations teams to understand their prospecting needs and ideal customer profile (ICP – Ideal Customer Profile). * Monitor the performance of generated lists (e.g., contact rate, conversion rate) to adjust and optimize future segmentation. * Maintain documentation of list-generation processes and ensure the integrity of databases under responsibility. * Participate in training and stay updated on new technologies, methodologies, and tools related to Data Intelligence and the market. * Propose and implement improvements to data collection, processing, and delivery processes to enhance the quality and speed of provided lists. Requirements:* Data Manipulation and Querying Skills (Core Data Skills): Basic SQL for querying, extracting, and organizing data; Experience in data manipulation and analysis. * Infrastructure and Platforms: Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform); Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (Excel / Google Sheets) for data organization and analysis. * Business Systems and Tools: Experience with platforms such as CRM, ERP, and BI tools, with a focus on information analysis and management. * Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data scraping and web crawling for data collection; Knowledge of data enrichment, processing, and cleansing specifically for prospecting purposes. * Analytical Thinking/Results Orientation: Ability to translate business and operational needs into solvable data problems.
