Responsibilities: * Providing support via Service Desk for software installation and configuration tasks, as well as for developing reports and customized solutions; * Creating customized dashboards and reports using the system's native tools; * Managing support tickets while adhering to deadlines set by management; * Installing and configuring Questor systems and Firebird and PostgreSQL databases; * Maintaining Firebird and PostgreSQL databases, including backup, restoration, and preventive maintenance routines. Desired Skills: * Proactivity and responsibility in learning and development; * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Advantages: * Ongoing or completed degree in IT-related fields (Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar); * Prior experience in Service Desk or technical support roles; * Knowledge of software environment installation and configuration; * Familiarity with database best practices and preventive maintenance; * Prior knowledge of the Questor system.
