Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to provide network support, hardware and software maintenance, and user training in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build careers and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide data communication network support and ensure its security; Install, configure, and test software and hardware; Manage equipment and license inventory; Train, guide, and assist corporate network users; Perform installation and updates of applications, operating systems, and antivirus software on workstations; Be responsible for maintaining base equipment and software; Maintain desktops and notebooks; Configure applications on mobile phones and tablets; Recover and perform data backups. Keep software updated, including versions and releases; Monitor third\-party maintenance services; Provide support for company systems; **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical and Behavioral Competencies: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; Knowledge of printers, servers, Linux, Microsoft products, and the Internet; Experience with Windows Server, mobile and landline telephony; Communication skills and user support abilities; Experience in system implementations and network maintenance.
