Join Vibra’s Logistics team at our Palhoça/SC unit! **\#VIBRA \#SOMOSNAT \#TRANSPORTE \#LOGISTICA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct freight and logistics service quotations, analyzing costs and proposing alternatives for optimization; * Manage reverse logistics (claims, damages, returns, and recalls), coordinating with carriers, insurers, and internal departments; * Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics service providers, proposing continuous improvements; * Track and control logistics costs, pursuing operational efficiency and expense reduction; * Monitor deliveries and ensure compliance with agreed-upon deadlines with customers; * Address and resolve requests from internal and external customers related to logistics operations; * Control logistics expenses and records using the company’s systems; * Perform inventory control, physical counts, and ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records; * Organize and maintain updated documentation and controls for the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain (junior or mid-level); * Knowledge of transportation routines, freight management, and logistics incident handling; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
