If you seek a technology- and innovation-focused environment where continuous development is part of everyday routine, this could be your opportunity! **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze, develop, control, and improve inventory processes to enhance operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and quality; * Develop and update procedures and work instructions for inventory management, ensuring clarity, compliance with best practices, and alignment with the company’s internal standards; * Develop and/or update performance indicators using Power BI and Excel, monitor operational performance, and report needs for adjustments and improvements to immediate supervisors and leadership; * Analyze inventories, monitor counting execution, consolidate reports, and forward justifications to responsible departments. Analyze identified discrepancies, investigate root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions to ensure stock accuracy; * Analyze obsolete or low-turnover stock items, identifying idle materials, assessing causes, and proposing corrective actions jointly with involved areas—such as reclassification, disposal, return, or reuse—to optimize physical space and reduce storage costs; * Implement improvements related to materials planning and control, developing and refining processes and routines to eliminate material flow disruptions and reduce unnecessary or excess stock; * Support other departmental activities whenever required, aiming to propose improvements and guide fellow employees on materials planning and control processes; * Perform other related tasks as directed and instructed by the immediate supervisor; * Comply with established standards for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
