




About Us GTOP is composed of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multifamily management, the group has 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the production of specialty cuts, assembly and organization of counters, customer service, providing guidance on types of meats, products and derivatives, performing cuts and deboning, as well as preserving, restocking, and organizing products, following rules, good practices manuals, hygiene, safety standards, established standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display, as well as provide personalized customer service at the counter, if necessary guiding customers on types of meats, products and derivatives, performing cuts, deboning, preparing, packaging, weighing, and delivering to the customer, following rules, good practices manuals, hygiene, safety standards, established standards, and targets; Contribute to customer loyalty through the preparation and display of differentiated products – specialty cuts; Process and pack leftover bones, fats, and tallow into collection containers for sale to bone factories; Ensure the supply of service and self-service counters through proper store opening preparation and restocking according to sales rotation; Assist in verifying product expiration dates and quality, checking storage conditions, evaluating and reusing products when possible, suggesting replacements in cases of abnormalities through internal procedures, as well as ensuring correct product pricing according to the price list; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, as well as maintaining the area clean and in perfect working condition, following hygiene, safety, and predefined standards; Ensure reduction of breakage and deviation percentages through frequent inventory balances and proper handling and storage of meat; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area, equipment, and utensils by adhering to daily sanitation procedures, as well as requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Conduct regular training and guidance sessions for the team; Assist in related activities as needed; REQUIREMENTS **Experience (in the field):** Butchery **Minimum education:** Complete elementary school **Specific knowledge:** Meat deboning processes, specialty cutting techniques, knowledge of counter setup, food handling Up-to-date health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** R Mirador - Presidente Getulio - SC. **Working hours:** 11 a.m. to 8:20 p.m. **Benefits:** Health Plan Dental Plan Pharmacy Discount Program Store Purchase Agreement Life Insurance * Position available for PWDs
