Description:
* Completed or ongoing higher education (Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields);
* Commercial experience in Financial Institution;
* Experience with sales;
* Anbima certification (CPA10, CPA20 or CEA).
Serve members proactively and reactively according to their needs, following the Ailos Way of Doing Business, providing in-person service and contacting the customer base (portfolio rotation), prospecting new individuals or companies, offering products and services—except investments—in a consultative manner, aiming to maintain relationships, member primacy, achievement of Branch Office objectives, and cooperative sustainability;
Perform check return analysis according to authority limits, checking daily reports and jointly analyzing payments with Management, aiming at member relationship maintenance and risk mitigation;
Update member registration according to the Cooperative's current policies, verifying documentation and the accuracy of information, keeping contact details updated and documents digitized, ensuring up-to-date records and risk mitigation;
Perform cashier duties, executing previews and digitizing checks in GED, collecting and processing envelopes, paying bills, processing member pouches, confirming check issuance, conducting withdrawals, deposits, transfers, TED/DOC, replenishing ATMs, conducting security inspections at Branch Offices, managing treasury cash and cash transportation, seeking effective daily cash closing;
Request documentation for opening accounts for individual (PF) or corporate (PJ) members, following established procedures and filling requested information according to work instructions, as well as verifying the accuracy of information, aiming at registration quality;
Record interactions in the customer relationship management tool, inputting collected data, aiming to generate leads for future business, communication alignment, and relationship building;
Receive cancellation requests, conducting listening sessions with members to understand reasons and present alternatives for reversal; if reversal is not possible, initiate the process and forward it to the manager, aiming to retain the membership base;
Participate in social initiatives, actively engaging in cooperative social and educational events with follow-up, aiming to strengthen relationships with members and the community;
Support demands from the Corporate Manager (PJ), performing assigned tasks and in-person service, negotiating products and services for PJ and PF within the economic group, as well as analyzing reports, income statements, and trial balances of members, aiming to streamline processes with quality and enhance business opportunities;
Be able to analyze and defend low and medium complexity proposals, assessing payment capacity, operation risk, and collateral, aiming to promote sustainable credit approval;
Support and maintain Branch Office contracts organized, performing digitization and organization of contracts, ensuring physical storage according to the cooperative’s stipulated retention periods;
Conduct debt collection and debtor follow-up activities according to reports, making contacts and visits, as well as analyzing and acting on PDD (doubtful debtor provision) cases and delinquency while observing risk aspects with monitoring, aiming to manage the delinquent portfolio;
Organize Branch Office documents, sending and receiving pouches, communication materials, cards, checkbooks, returned checks, files, Ailos Educação Cooperados promotional items, and office supplies, aiming to mitigate operational risks;
Monitor dashboards and Branch Office performance metrics, accessing data to mobilize the team and implement business strategies toward achieving established results;
Perform other job-related activities.
