REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNAL CANDIDATES: * Be in current position for 6 (six) months; * Have attended at least 80% of training and development sessions offered by the institution; * Have participated in at least 1 (one) external course in their specific area of work; COMPETENCIES: * Digital culture and fluency; * Systemic vision; * Flexibility; * Collaborative teamwork; * Emotional intelligence; * Benevolence; * Assertive communication; * Creativity and innovation; * Result orientation; * Critical thinking; * Assess vital signs and general condition of residents according to medical and nursing prescriptions. * Prepare, administer, document, and verify medication as per medical prescription. * Perform low and moderate complexity procedures. * Provide comprehensive nursing care. * Maintain resident hygiene. * Care for pre-, intra-, and post-operative residents. * Prepare and guide residents for exams. * Safely refer and accompany residents. * Perform dressings, suture removal, catheterization, and orotracheal aspiration. * Accompany residents when transferred. * Prepare materials for sterilization. * Assist in emergencies, urgent situations, and other procedures. * Monitor equipment operation. * Change bed linens and assist in bathing. * Prepare and guide residents for discharge. * Observe date, expiration, and storage of related materials. * Receive and hand over shift reports. * Record provided care and report incidents to the Nurse. * Request necessary supplies. * Set up and monitor enteral feeding. * Follow infection prevention and control procedures. * Maintain confidentiality of all data and information obtained during work. * Take care of work equipment and materials. * Perform other related tasks required by the Institution. 2509170202251733288
