Focus on problem solving and root cause analysis. **None:** **?Job:** Mechanical Technician III **Location:** Passo Fundo/RS I Gluten and Ethanol Unit \- On-site position ✨ About the Opportunity If you possess business acumen, leadership spirit, and believe in the transformative power of industry, this is your chance to make a difference! ?️ Key Responsibilities Record service activities performed for respective departments by creating work orders, allocating hours, entering information, and closing orders in SAP, while evaluating and proposing improvements to maintenance plans. Request and reserve spare parts from the warehouse via SAP system entries, mapping used parts and identifying requirements. Execute planned maintenance activities in SAP, performing mechanical tasks with a focus on problem solving and root cause analysis, assessing equipment criticality matrices and defining actions, aiming to propose and implement process/equipment improvements. Work on predictive maintenance processes, compressors and chillers, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, mechanical transmission, boiler-making, and welding. Focus on safety by using required PPE, conducting DDS (Daily Safety Discussions), completing work permits, and implementing energy isolation and effective testing before working on equipment. Develop, analyze, and review documents, suggesting improvements and maintaining process standardization. Contribute technical expertise in the mechanical discipline through knowledge and experience to support team development and ensure technical decision accuracy. Inspect equipment operation using thermography, checklists, and machine condition assessments to prevent failures and enable continuous improvement. ? Required Knowledge Advanced process knowledge, operating independently without supervision; Solves complex problems independently; Trains new employees; Acts as leadership backup when necessary; Anticipates needs, interprets challenges, and proposes solution recommendations for area enhancements. ? Specific Knowledge Technical knowledge in Industrial Mechanics; Knowledge of SAP/PM system; Knowledge in Crushing/Biodiesel area; Industrial Technical Knowledge. ?
