**Responsibilities and duties**
**Cash operations**: Perform receipt and payment services, various inquiries, cash drawer opening/closing, and cash control. Execute administrative routines related to cash operations.
**Security and compliance**: Prevent and deter fraudulent transactions and money laundering practices.
**Member focus and business opportunities**: Remain attentive to member needs, identify opportunities, and refer them to the business area.
**Cash and terminal management**: Monitor electronic terminal balances, process opening/closing records, and support cash custody, receipt, dispatch, and forecasting.
**Administrative support**: Contribute to administrative activities to ensure agility and efficiency in branch operations.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Education**
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
**Experience**
Experience in cash operations, cash handling, and public-facing customer service.
**Behavioral competencies**

Daily organizational skills.
**Additional information**
**Meal or food allowance** — R$2,500.00 per month
