Job Summary: Experienced professional in assembly and maintenance of Komatsu equipment, responsible for inspections, technical reports, and use of online platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in assembly and maintenance of Komatsu equipment 2. Conducting inspections and preparing technical reports 3. Using Komatsu platforms to download events and perform analyses * Experience in assembling Komatsu components and equipment; * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance services and assembling electrical components; * Reading and interpreting fleet manuals; * Maintaining constant alignment with the engineering department to identify best practices for Komatsu equipment assembly; * Conducting MTA-format inspections; * Experience in removal and installation of components; * Preparing technical reports focused on daily activities; * Periodically accessing Komatsu online platforms and tools (CSS, extranet, EqpCare, Kowa, Komtrax, LINCS, VHMS) to download events and perform other job-related tasks; * Technically evaluating failures/specific components to identify root causes and preventive actions; * Knowing, applying, promoting, and suggesting standards and practices related to occupational safety and environmental preservation, contributing to eliminating situations that may pose workplace accident risks or environmental degradation; * Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, instruments, fixed assets, and consumable materials assigned, requesting maintenance, repairs, and replacements from relevant departments whenever necessary.
