Description

Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for inspecting services, verifying installations and equipment, and supporting operational maintenance and management. Key Highlights: 1. Inspection and communication of non-conformities 2. Verification of installations and equipment 3. Support for contract monitoring and document management Inspect services performed in common areas and communicate any non-conformities identified to the ISG departments. Verify the operation of electrical and hydraulic installations, refrigeration equipment, audiovisual systems, and other devices. Maintain functional laboratory spaces. Support contract monitoring. Manage documents, materials, courier bags, files, and messenger services. Monitor activities, SLA deadlines of the Service and Solutions Portal, and the operational progress of on-site handling. Support supplier measurement. Perform fleet-related routines: vehicles and equipment (if there is no dedicated Fleet Unit). Participate in DSS meetings with local ISG teams. Drive vehicles for preventive and corrective maintenance (if there is no dedicated Fleet Unit). Report non-conforming vehicles and equipment to the Fleet Management team (if there is no dedicated Fleet Unit).
