It means going beyond formulations and processes—to also understand regulatory strategies and contribute to strategic decisions that drive company growth!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and update specifications for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials, considering company equipment requirements, applicable legislation, and industry best practices; * Define optimal dimensional specifications and layouts for materials to enhance performance; * Participate in packaging material development for new portfolio products, supporting Pharmaceutical Development analysts; * Prepare documentation and evidence for post-registration changes; * Investigate deviations related to packaging materials; * Qualify new suppliers; * Actively seek performance improvements for packaging materials, proposing solutions and alternatives; * Maintain active communication with packaging material suppliers and manufacturers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in Packaging Development is desirable. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meals provided on-site; Meal allowance card; Complimentary transportation; Health insurance plan; Dental insurance plan; Life insurance.
