




Job Summary: Professional responsible for reviewing, organizing, and recording accounting documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting protocol review and processing 2. Accounting file organization and maintenance 3. Detailed recording of incoming invoices * Review and handle accounting protocols to ensure record compliance and accuracy. * Organize and maintain physical and digital accounting document archives, ensuring easy access and security. * Perform detailed entry of incoming invoices into the accounting system, verifying consistency and correcting discrepancies as needed. * Process reimbursements and other financial documents, ensuring all transactions comply with internal policies. * Manage and filter email traffic related to accounting activities, responding promptly and efficiently. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC registration (for professionals who have already graduated). * Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences. * Prior experience in accounting or finance activities is considered an advantage. * Knowledge of accounting entries (desirable). * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Good verbal and written communication skills.
