




Job Summary: An organizational support professional responsible for document control, reception, scheduling, and departmental support (e.g., HR and Finance), requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Phone reception, emails, front-desk duties, and supplier communication. Assists with cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, quotations, and collections. Updating spreadsheets, inventory control, and meeting scheduling. Requirements * Strong writing, communication, organization, proactivity, and proficiency in the Office suite.
