Job Summary: Support the Regional Light Operations Managers team to achieve unproductive downtime and fleet quality targets through daily monitoring and interaction with support teams. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure RAC fleet quality standards (preservation and maintenance) 2. Monitor vehicles in workshops to reduce unproductive downtime 3. Interact with support teams from the Workshop Network and Central Maintenance Support the Regional Light Operations Managers team to achieve the per-store unproductive downtime target, adhering to strict quality standards (preservation, maintenance) and aligned with daily/future demand; Ensure the defined target percentage of vehicle stoppages for maintenance per store; Ensure vehicle availability for stores through daily vehicle monitoring; Verify vehicles at stores using daily reports on vehicle statuses: FS (Out of Service), NE (External Workshop), FE (External Body Shop), and DO (Workshop Available); Ensure RAC fleet quality standards (corrective and preventive preservation and maintenance) **Through daily vehicle quality control – Evaluate NPS and conduct Blitz (random re-inspection of vehicles in DI)** Ensure the store's daily unproductive stoppage percentage remains within the monthly target **Through daily screening control of vehicles returning from rental**; Monitor vehicles in workshops to ensure timely check-in and check-out, contributing to reduced unproductive downtime, via daily monitoring of vehicles under maintenance and the store’s unproductive downtime percentage; Interact with support teams from the Workshop Network and Central Maintenance; Receive vehicles returning from workshops and verify that services were fully completed and meet our quality standards; Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; Technical knowledge of light vehicle mechanics and fleet management; Driver’s license category B; Willingness to work 100% on-site.
